David on Young Hollywood:
"It amazes me that so many people admire and envy a position without knowing anything about it."

David on the paparazzi:
"I see the paparazzi every day. I just recently buzzed my hair down, it's the first time I've drastically changed my look, and then I went out that night and they saw me and all of the sudden they were like, 'woah' *makes all these camera flashing noises* and they took like 50 flashes and autograph signings. Camera comes around and you know, *does voice of paparazzi guy* 'hey what's going on?' *back to normal voice* I'm like, you guys it's me what's up, what you doing, alright, whatever, pictures *does a peace sign pose*."

David on being an actor and in high school:
"Alot of lunchroom problems. I would always get hit with food. One time I was spit on in high school. I took this girl out on a date, to the movies. I had a Harley Davidson pickup. We passed a whole group of kids that recognized me and knew the girl, they went to high school with her. Saw the movie, came back, my car is scratched all the way down the side with this note like, *does tough guy voice* 'hey you know when your done hanging out with this fag you should come see us' *back in normal voice*. What is that? I cried, I was like, my car, you know."

David on getting into clubs:
"No, I'm not 21, yes I do go out to clubs. I am absolutely getting into these clubs because I'm an actor. Thank God I'm an actor. It's convenient for me cos it's somethin' I'd be trying to sneak in and try to do anyways. It's like me trying to look in the camera and saying that there are no perks. It's bullshit. There are plenty of perks."

David on his car:
"I bought a Hummer H2, and I put like, I put more money in the car then it was worth stock, literally *puts hands like a gun puts to head, shakes head and rolls eyes*. It's so dumb. 24 inch spinner rims, 1500 sound system, and my initials are embroidered in the head rest. I got alligator print seats and it's custom black, like Hummers don't have black interior. I made it black, I said give me black interior, and they ripped everything out and put everything in new and custom and cool, and it's a big honking mess of a tank that eats up gas. It's a real pain to park and because of that I'm just over it. I'm like, whatever. It was on ebay a couple of weeks ago, it didn't sell because it's ridiculously priced."

David on getting things for free:
"I do get things for free. I would of bought all this stuff, but I didn't have to cos I'm an actor. I just went to Nike a couple weeks ago and I'm like a kid in a candy store! And I'm going ok I love these sneakers and these sneakers and oh man this jacket is so cool, *pretending to be store employee writing something down* and they're going 'uh uh ok ok' *back to normal voice* and I walk out of there with 4 bags of stuff, like 400 dollars in Nike clothes that I just walked out with."

On dating actresses:
"Yes, I have dated girls I have worked with. Yes, I have dated actresses that I have not worked with, and no it has not worked out. I think in the normal world you can break up with someone and never see them again, and you can kind of just go out of sight out of mind, and with actors and actresses that's not possible and tabloid coverage and stuff like that makes it worse. At any give point I can walk down the street and see a billboard with her next movie or an ad on TV for her show. Um that's really rough, really rough, I freak out. Don't date an actress, its just one of those rules."

On being an actor and college student:
"I am a full time college student and a part time actor, which is blowing my mind. Its been really weird for me, um being a full time actor my whole life and part time student. I'm at USC, I'm a Trojan."
